How Does Diet Affect Your Energy?
If we don't get all the nutrients into our body that we need, we actually start depriving of our body and our body naturally goes into a state of stress. And one of the things that it starts to shut down the first is actually your mind. So you actually have less power over your brain and less capacity of your brain power to use because your body is thinking, Oh, they have an eat and well, or there aren't nutrients,. Or maybe like I'm in starvation mode. Okay, I need to preserve my energy. I need to hold, you know, things back. Yeah, definitely.
