The Role of LDL-P in Atherosclerosis

When there is discordance between LDL-P and LDL-C, LDL-P wins every time. We are way too early in the infancy of lipoproteins to actually even pretend we know what that means. You need three things to be not firing on all cylinders to get disease. And so we've ruled out effectively, in this case, the inflammation that we can measure seems OK.
