I've never for whatever reason had trouble kind of admitting when I don't know something and wanting to learn. And maybe it was something about my family growing up or who knows, right? You're much more likely to find people in the industry that you want to work with if you put yourself in the right place. That can be done digitally as well; we see a lot of good contributions on our Discord channel. We'll invite them out to come to a show or have them do some work for us.
