Quel est le point commun entre l’obésité, le diabète de type 2, les troubles digestifs et hormonaux, les maladies inflammatoires, les douleurs chroniques et le déclin cognitif ? C’est notre mode de vie.

Dans cet épisode, Émilie Steinbach, docteure en biologie intégrative et neuroscientifique (rien que ça !), nous aide à mieux comprendre ces fameux concepts qu'on entend partout : microbiote, petit déjeuner salé, protéines, jeûne intermittent, renforcement musculaire… Simples effets de mode ou véritables alliés santé ? Ayant elle-même des troubles de l'attention et surmonté une enfance/adolescence difficile, elle nous offre un vrai exemple de résilience.. et nous prouve une nouvelle fois qu'on peut transformer nos faiblesses.. en forces.
