The gut is really the gateway to our health, we can make a huge difference to our inflammatory levels and mental well-being. Lots of autoimmune diseases can be affected by what you're eating. This is why certain conditions like migraines or even anxiety and depression, Hashimoto's where your thyroid's attacked, they can often stem from what's going on in the gut. So removing some of those key irritants - sometimes it's gluten, sometimes it could be dairy for some people. It can really help to calm the immune system and allow the body to restore balance.
