Do You Need to Do a Push Up?

A push up is a fairly kind of general measure of upper body strength. So if you can do a push up on your toes and get, like, you know, chest the floor and knock out a set of ten bush ups on your toes, i'd consider you a pretty strong individual. You no need to develop a specific muscle or even a specific set of fibres within a specific muscle. We can be really, can just choose big, simple compound movements that target our muscles from different angles.
