There was a lack of internal buy in and communication. Who could ask Scott to send that message and what message to send? Or do we empower the SDRs to copy Scott on mail)? I think there's someone that owns that relationship and everything should be filtered through them. The key is, you know, if you have an empathetic leader that sees the current plays that sales leaders are giving that aren't working, then they have to buy into that.
