You Can't Get Any of Your Mom's Love When You Overeat

When you understand these concepts, you start to realize that it really isn't your fault that you're overeating this. And so what I find with our students is that once you disconnect these foods from the emotions, you can still have a little bit of bread and chocolate and whatever your favorite foods are, but you just don't overeat them. So it becomes a lot easier to stick to healthy eating plans.
