How to Get a Coach on Board With What You're Doing

A lot of the drills you'll see me do is in a bid to improve their athleticism, improve their motor control and their ability to take on new tasks. If we're trying to get coaches on side, we want to try and speak the language that they speak. So for them, when we talk about motor control, building foundational movements, improving athleticism, the idea is we're building a better athlete for them to then take on and add more skill to them. That's probably the best angle you could come at.
