i think no matter what the topic was of the workshop, it always so ta, started back to that of lak wool. What does actually happen when i'm training? Am when i'm trying to get strong? And what, what should i be thinking about? It's really just put me in a position, put some springs on, load me up, make it hard and playso olsome music as we do. I'll come back for another round.
