Habit Stacking

I think something that's really helped me, and i talked about this on instegrams story, is habit stacking. What what that means is, i take it as a two pronged approach. So say you brush your teeth every day. You would attach tongue scraping to that. And then maybe you would attach flossing to that. While you're doing that, you're listening to a podcast that's expanding your knowledge.
