Many of us have a nine to five job but we are in all the time. We can start doing some reframing practices when we see this kind of a pattern. Reframing is about acknowledging emotions that we don't like, it's about opening up our bandwidth to understand that there's more in our lives too. And then also when we're more physically relaxed and not all tensed up, it's easier to get our work done and go home.
