How to Avoid Inflammation and Metabolic Issues

A lot of people are feeling really shitty and they don't even know why. I'm here to at least give my perspective from a functional medicine perspective on why that could be. The biggest drivers of inflammation are going to be mainly processed grains, but other grains can be triggers too for people. Added sugar disrupts the microbiome, raises insulin resistance, it raises inflammation levels in the body. Industrial seed oils, like canola oil, vegetable oil, eating lots of those can be problematic. Conventional dairy is problematic for a lot of people too.
