How to Handle Nerves of Competition
I definitely saw a lot of guys that just couldn't hand like or not couldn't didn't handle the like the nerves of competition well. Even if it's your first comp you're gonna feel you're probably gonna petrified unless you're a strange human that just thrives in that sort of environment most people are scared. I aged before the excitement level kind of goes down and you end up just being very relaxed at training and keep out the douchebags.
