Ramen Making It Hard
I would love to open a ramen shop. You know I think that that would be uh good for me in terms of where I am and my wife. So it's figuring out the balance between becoming a true shokuni and a craftsman if you will who is super dedicated but has no time for anything else. And trying to give that kind of nourishment and hospitality that a bowl as humble as ramen provides for people right like I don't want to make expensive ramen. That's not really where I'm pivoted towards. I want to make interesting ramen. Yeah okay so yeah this is so much and I wish we had another hour at least but please come back
