The Importance of Sleep in Trauma
If you start to have sleep issues, your brain stops consolidating and stops remembering the positive things in your life. That explains so much about what happened to me when I got quite sick for a while there. And that's what really underlines to me is that it doesn't sound like this is something that absolutely needs an intervention beyond something that what we can do ourselves. Yeah, if we're at that point, it's just not a simple thing fixing it up. It's beyond you doing it on your own, actually, and you need to seek help.
