The Evolution of Personal Training

In the UK there might be 25,000 p t's in a 70 million population so it's tiny right. We take six at the moment we do six to one and we've got two pods. One is more for small group personal training and another towards what i would class more as the team training stuff. Those workouts you've got a sweat workout a hybrid build and they're a little bit more cardio dominant and they're very much a variety workouts. What we try and say to our guys is look do at least two small group p2 a week maybe three and then anything else jump in one of those ones and get a bit more variety so talk me Stuart.
