I think sometimes we have to understand, yes, we have these aches and pains. And maybe we do an activity, maybe we're a runner, maybe we do sit at our desk too much. Certainly that can accentuate. But I think when you start to have a movement practice of any kind for a longer period of time, you start to understand intuitively, this is really something about reflection of my reactions to the world I've lived in.
