Is There a Difference Between Emotional and Physical Eating?

So many of these emotional eating issues go back to like a positive experience in childhood or even sometimes maybe a negative experience in childhood. So what I think the most important thing to do is to change your relationship with food because kids are very intuitive. The second thing is to watch how you, it's all about energy. Watch the energy that you put behind sweets or certain types of food. And so they can net some kids, not all. But one of the best things that you can do is to work on your own, have a healthy relationship with yourself and food.
