Holiday Fairs - What Are the Numbers?
A lot of what we do as the operator is curation and story telling. We're trying to find vendors that are ontrebuters, from new york or sometimes beyond New York. And have a real story and a real craft or something to bring to the consumer. It's about the quality of the product and the curation of the product. Ive read somewhere about 75 % of the vendors or local from either newyork or the surrounding areas,. 25% are international.
