Do You Need Eight Hours of Sleep?

As people get into middle ageas it's often said, you need eight hours. By the time you are inyou thirties, seven to eight hours is probably a healthy sleep duration. Many people in their early twenties will say that they sleep eight or nine hours. So i think people in their twenties shouldn't believe that, from a sleep perspective, they are real grown ups. They may still need a little bit more than eight hours of sleep.
