The Importance of Being in the Center

The idea of isolating one part of the company and trying to accelerate the decisions didn't work for us. So our challenge is how to be in the middle. And we finally managed to try to solve non-center problems of the airline. We moved in a place where we could be actionable and this place were not relevant, was not relevant.
