I still find myself now setting up new flipping rules for myself I'm like have I not learned by now don't do this you know we took last week about the 100 day project I think my 100 days might be a hundred days of WTF do what you want. Even that even getting to that little stage after all of this time feels like tiptoeing slightly into something it's totally hard on ourselves yeah. We don't get a hall pass from being a human being but that was the thing is that that painting was the best that you could do at the time that you did it and that's the point isn't it? You're making progress by showing up and just paying attention
