The Challenges of Long-Term Partnerships
Long-term partnerships with clients like HSL challenge designers and agencies to grow. Service design methodologies best work with these small sample sizes with with qualitative information so HSL challenged us in a great way is if you look at mobility the customer groups are huge. In order to kind of be able to work with these large customer data sets we started to develop our data tools in 2017.
