People with BPP often complain of imbalance, but they can almost always walk. You get somebody who's literally falling, you need to be looking at the cerebellum for sure. Every chapter that's ever been written about this, including yours, I think appropriately says, tell me about your dizziness and then you're just supposed to shut up and let them talk,. But it's hard because a lot of people can't describe it.
