The Power of Emotional Education

The book explains how the process explains what all the different types of emotions are, and the defenses, the maneuvers we make to squash them. The other way that I imagine that the book would be used is in connection with other people. So you can read it and do the exercises on your own, but you can also read it with your partner, your romantic partner or a friend. And then finally, many people bring the book to their therapist and say, you know, I see myself here, and we need to be working more in this way. But if there's nothing else, nothing else, I would encourage people just to read it to understand emotions.
