Getting More Protein During Pregnancy

If you want an optimally healthy pregnancy, you need a lot more protein than what your doctor or conventionally trained dietician is telling you you need. Probably somewhere between like 25 and 30 grams of protein per meal at minimum. If you're not obsessive about taking all the fat out of every single thing you eat, you're also naturally probably just going to hit your minimum requirement of fat as well. It's like impossibly hard to eat super low fat without significantly under eating your protein and under eating a lot of your essential vitamins and minerals as well.
