Ridgeline Minerals has entered into an earn-in agreement for the Selena project with South32. The deal involves an initial $10 million earn-in over five years, with Ridgeline remaining the operator of the project. South32 has the option to spend an additional $10 million over three years to earn 80% ownership of the project.
