Thankful for the gift of his wife, Leah, they share seven kids, a French bulldog named Bacon and a micro-mini goldendoodle named Biscuit. A highly decorated, twenty-five year law enforcement career promptly ended in retirement when God called Scott out of public service and into HIS service. The "Chief" admits that leading people to Christ is more exciting than the twelve years he spent undercover, sixteen years in SWAT, and five years as chief of police combined. Scott has earned a Master of Public Administration and a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology. Education and experience allow for a deeper understanding in ministering to the wounded, as he worked to break free from his own past pain and abuse. In 2016, Scott was led to plant a church. Chad Zueck has been in full time vocational ministry for 15 years (a Lead Pastor for 10 yrs), and has been working in men's ministry for 18 years. Chad was not raised in a Christian home and after his parents divorced at age 4, his upbringing was very challenging. This fueled insecurity and frustration through the teenage years. Three days after high graduation, Chad joined the US Navy. Marla and Chad got married shortly after enlisting. Chad gave his life to Christ at 21 and began to be fathered by God. Chad got connected to a PK group at his church and grew a bunch in a short time. Chad learned how to be a father by being fathered by God. This sent him on a journey of Spirit filled self-discovery. Chad has been healed of many wounds and he is on a mission to help men find healing for their wounds. Chad has developed some material that will be in an ebook. Aaron Sullivan is an Average Joe from Bennington, VT who has overcome mass tragedy and adversity. From the death of his family and obesity he has endured and with courage has overcome. His goal is to reach the young men that are lost and either being the person to listen to them or getting them connected with an older/seasoned man that can listen and guide them. Aaron was born into a hurting family. His parents had dealt with the loss of their first-born son and one of their only supports within a few months of each other. He played sports in school but stopped mid-high school when his friends convinced him to check out the computer classes and that skill set took off. Even attended the Skills USA competition for the classes. Now he am a happily married to his best friend, which is a funny story. And the Lord blessed them with the children they have prayed for. Aaron prayed for a son to carry on the Sullivan name and Stacie prayed for a little girl. From Aaron: I am no expert in any areas, I know I joked around when I was younger being a jack of all trades, but a master of none. I tend to learn or take in knowledge to have tools that I may need for any given moment. If anything, I can bring to the podcast is an example of hope and the Lord's grace. Due to the fire, I had tried to fill the void with everything and anything, BUT God's grace was there and protected me against my poor choices. And when you feel like you are so far from Him, He has this way of being right there even when all you expect is His back facing you, but He is there with arms wide open for you.
