In this weeks Strength Chat, I was joined by IPF World Champion Joy Nnamani and IPF squat world record holder Bobbie Butters. Both lifters represented Great Britain at this year’s world championships in Sweden and gave some awesome performances, finishing first and third. In this episode I was joined by a powerlifter who has been involved in the sport for 40+ years and is still breaking records and winning national and international titles, David Ricks.
