What people really want from platforms
In this episode we explore how people around the world use platforms for news and information about politics, the value they see in them, and the concerns that they have. We hear from co-authors of a new piece of research into what people in eight countries – Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Spain, the UK and the USA – think about a range of platforms, including social media, messaging apps, video platforms and search engines, especially regarding how the access news and information about politics.
