Corporate Transparency Act
Brent chats with Gary Fletcher about the soon-to-be-effective Corporate Transparency Act. The Act requires most business entities (old and new) to report the identity of organizers and beneficial owners to the US Department of Treasury. Once the Act is effective, it will have far reaching affects on businesses in a very distinct before-and-after way.
