Jim Diguilio Husband, Father, Culture Coach Jim Diguilio is a graduate of Indiana University, with a degree in Sport Marketing and a Minor in Business. A four-year starter on the Football Team, he was elected First-Team All-Big 10 twice and was an Academic All-Big 10 nominee three times, setting four school punting records and tying a school record dating back to 1928 (an 86 yard punt). With 22 years of automotive expertise, Jim is the Managing Partner/GM of Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas. During his career, he has successfully helped build some of the most successful stores in the country including Findlay Volkswagen and Audi Henderson. While Jim was the Managing Partner, Audi Henderson was recognized by Audi of America by winning the Magna Society Elite (One of 12 dealers recognized annually) award in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, the only store with 5 consecutive awards. Jim has served on Dealer Product Councils, Dealer Marketing Councils, Advisory Boards, and is active in the community having been on the Executive Committee for the Ride for the Cure Diabetes fundraiser and the UNLV Soccer Foundation while supporting countless other community events. During his career he has worked with and helped develop 9 employees who would go on to become General Managers. Jim has been married for 20 years to Stacy and has two children, Parker - 18, and Regan – 15.
