Passion Graham is the Clubhouse manager of Desert Mount Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. But her story is no ordinary one. As a woman of color she is breaking all the stereotypes of what a club manager should be, and inspiring the next generation of leaders to reach their goal. She recently won the Joe Purdue scholarship from CMAA and she'll talk about what that means to her as someone who started out in fast food and ended up as clubhouse manager of an elite property. Her story is inspiring and uplifting.
