Landmark study reveals extent of childhood trauma in Northern Ireland

A new report by Queens University has revealed that at least two thirds of Northern Ireland’s adult population experienced a childhood traumatic event. The study also highlighted the extent to which Troubles-related trauma has affected people in socio-economically disadvantaged communities.
