JF1756: Filling Vacant Units With Short Term Renters | WhyHotel with Jason Fudin
As new apartment communities come to market, they’re empty. Jason’s business model is to find those apartment communities, get access to some of those units as they are being leased up, and turn them into short term rentals for 8-24 months. “Pop-up hotels” as Jason calls them, WhyHotel only moves in during the lease up of new communities, helping investors mitigated the normal losses occurred during the lease up.
