Floods, fires, crime, wind damage, etc… They all happen, how you communicate with you investors about their investment is crucial. Many times when you are trying to get in touch with the owner of an apartment community, you’ll find that the asset is held in an LLC. Unlike sending mailers to single family homes where there is one non entity owner, you’ll have to dig a little bit to find out where to send your mailers.
