Finding investors to invest in your apartment syndication deals can often be easier than keeping those investors for future deals. Nick grew up in the real estate world, but never really had much of an interest in it until reading Cash Flow Quadrant. Catherine was learning the real estate investing world from a very young age. As she said, when most kids were having playdates, she was with her mom at work underwriting deals. We don’t get to hear about hotel investors much on this show.
