The Promise: “that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you”

God's law is a map and a mirror:
It's a map showing us how to be perfect.
It's a mirror reflecting our imperfect condition.
3 Things to remember when studying God's law:
1. The law is good.
2. The law is inflexible.
3. The law is devasting
