CISO at the Grand River Dam Authority and President of the Oklahoma ISSA chapter, Pedro Serrano joins the show to talk security and audit. A favorite topic of mine: how to move up the analytics maturity model. Colleen Knuff from TeamMate is hear to share the evidence of how to do so through the results of the Touchstone Survey. We stick to two main topics, but they're big ones that need to be heard regardless of how advanced your analytics program is: How successful programs are moving up the maturity model The three biggest stumbling blocks to getting where you need to be on the model The survey is open and will stay open, hopefully for years to come, as a way for audit departments to see where they fit on the model.
