Brian talks with Paul Hall about his journey with CAM. Paul has always had a coaching mindset before he even knew what coaching was. In his role as a manager, Paul found fulfillment from helping people better themselves. A few years ago, Paul attended a free webinar where Chad described coaching. Paul knew he was all-in and signed up for the Executive Christian Coach (ECC) program. Now Paul has earned his ECC and started his own coaching practice.

Brian talks with David Cooke about why he sends his staff through Coach Approach training. David explains how spiritual transformation happens when meaningful spiritual conversations take place.
