After a brief run down of how he got to ASU he dives right into his initial onboarding evaluations, including the what’s and why’s behind the evaluations, moments he observes, and metrics he looks at. He then shares with us how these impact their training and how understanding the psychological aspect of who the athlete is can help drive training decisions and improve buy in. Marsh then dives into the role of strengths and weaknesses in athletes, and where those can drive training for athletes.
