Mike and I start out discussing our journeys to where we are, and how starting at a lower level division one institution really formed us as a coach and made us really find out way though our initial growth as professionals. Coach Tucker then dives into how he builds his program, and what he is actually looking at when he reverse engineers the sport of American Football. This includes the structure of his programming and he works to find better ways to marry the stimuli that he’s utilizing with his athletes. We then discuss how this pandemic has lead to some new challenges, but also has some benefits allowing us to “slow cook it” a bit more, and how he feels this is going to have an impact, not just on the players, but the coaches as well.
