This will communicate to yourself that you don't follow through and that it's okay to quit. It's better to prove yourself right and follow through with what you've set out to do. This will also teach you what you actually have the capacity to begin in the first place. Serial quitters don't get far. Make it a habit to have a clear action plan so that your tendency to quit is greatly diminished.
