Routines help you keep on track for your goals and dreams. Not to mention routines help you to develop your discipline for everything in your life. In order to develop a strong routine, you need to be committed and dedicated to the cause. Organizations need to communicate or they will die. It's that plan and simple. Communication is the cornerstone to any successful team and as a leader you need to ensure that your organization is communicating. I have witnessed too many organizations have communication problems which ultimately led to their demise.  In this episode, I use the example of when I was consulting with a company run by "Dan."
