As Christians, we are to reflect Christ in our words, actions, thoughts, and motives — in short, we are to be always and in all ways a Christian. Jesus should always be seen in and through my life in all I say, think, and do. In this message, Nathan Johnson steps back and gives a big picture view of Ephesians 4 and reminds us that Christ must be the center and focus of our lives.

This is the eighth episode in Eric’s powerful series about his late father. In this particular episode Eric brings us into the moment when his dad gave him a fatherly blessing and declared him to be a man. It is a moment of seismic power in a young Eric Ludy’s life. But this blessing is not reserved only for those privileged to have a father like Winston Ludy—rather, it is available for all those who have a Heavenly Father through faith in Jesus Christ.

Paul is adamant that we throw off the things of this world and live in light of Christ Jesus who indwells us through His Spirit. Anything that is unlike Him must go. In this study of Ephesians 4:31–32, Nathan Johnson walks through Paul’s two lists of what to put off and what put on and reminds us that we need the life of Christ within us if we ever hope to reflect Him in and through our lives.


This is the seventh episode in Eric’s powerful series about his late father. In this particular episode Eric shares some powerful moments in his relationship with his dad that demonstrated the grace of God to do hard things in obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit. 


Baptism can be a divisive topic in the church and we tend to either place way too much emphasis on it or not enough. In this episode, Eric and Nathan sit down to discuss the importance of baptism, what it actually means biblically as it relates to salvation, and how we can navigate important questions like: should I be baptized?, should I be baptized again?, and is baptism necessary for salvation?

As Christians, we are not only “image bearers” of the living God, but we are also filled with His Spirit. As such, we are called to live holy, godly, and righteous lives in this present age. As Paul tells us in Ephesians 4:30, when we live counter to the life and character of Christ, we grieve the Holy Spirit, in whom we were sealed for the day of redemption.

If you are a fellow father, it’s tough hearing Eric brag and brag about how his dad was so amazing. It’s especially difficult, if you don’t feel like you are doing so hot in the fatherhood department. In this sixth episode in the series, Eric allows a bit of a wrinkle in his Dad’s fathering to be revealed. Winston Ludy was a flawed father, but it's how he responded to his flaws that makes him a father worth bragging about. Hopefully, this will encourage all father’s out there to start today being incredible. 

As believers, our words are meant to edify, build up, and encourage one another. We are to strengthen the faith of those around us, pushing others toward Christ rather than distracting them from Him.
