03: The Burning Bush (Eric Ludy)
Speaker: Eric Ludy
Ellerslie has a passion to be like a defibrillator to the Body of Christ and the key inspirational Scriptural text behind this yearning is found in Revelation 3:2 when Jesus, speaking to the Church at Sardis, says, “strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die.” This one Scripture has had a profound effect upon the leadership team at Ellerslie for years and so, as the Daily Thunder project is getting under way it only seemed fitting for Eric Ludy to give a little insight into this particular concept.

02: Experiencing Heart Burn (Nathan Johnson)
Speaker: Nathan Johnson
On the road to Emmaus, after talking with Jesus, the two disciples looked at each other and proclaimed: "Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?"
There is something powerful when you allow God to reveal truth to you through His Word. We are told that the Word of God is living and active, and when we study it, it is not like studying Shakespeare but rather spending time with the Author Himself.
Every Christian should seek to experience "heart burn" as we spend time in the Bible.

01: There Are Three Things (Eric Ludy)
This is the inaugural Daily Thunder episode given to a small group of Ellerslie alumni in town for a weeklong work project. It’s both a fun behind-the-scenes peek into the construct of the Daily Thunder concept as well as a very powerful meditation on the three most basic desires that Eric has for both his children and for the Body of Christ. If you are going to become a Daily Thunder snob, then this is a can’t-miss episode.
