Pushing vs Pooping

Actually, instead of putting them up against each other, we should probably be putting them side by side since pushing out a baby and having a bowel movement are oddly similar. We are going to walk you through what it looks...and sounds like...when it's go-time, as well when it's time to wait a little longer before pushing (even though some well-meaning people in the room may be encouraging you otherwise). Pushing is natural and moms should be able to tune into their bodies and babies, medicated or unmedicated, and allow the process to happen naturally.Don't forget to follow us on Instagram @myessentialbirth and for even more great info head over to www.myessentialbirth.com to check out our totally FREE Pregnancy Guide & other incredible downloads.  Don't forget to RATE & FOLLOW the Pregnancy & Birth Made Easy Podcast!Leave a Review! ⭐️ Here's how >> On Apple PodcastsFind “Pregnancy & Birth Made Easy” podcastSelect “Ratings and Reviews”Click the stars!Select “Write a Review” and tell us what was the most amazing, comforting, eye-opening thing that you loved! On SpotifyFind "Pregnancy & Birth Made Easy" podcastClick the 3 dots "..."Select "Rate podcast"Click the stars and write a quick review!FOLLOW "Pregnancy & Birth Made Easy" so you never miss an episode that makes pregnancy & birth feel easier! Here’s how to do it in just 2 seconds:On Apple Podcasts → Tap the “+” Follow button in the top right corner of the show page.On Spotify → Tap the “Follow” button right under the show titlesLet's Connect!Join the Course! https://www.myessentialbirth.com/getstartedEmail: hello@myessentialbirth.com.  Follow @myessentialbirth on INSTAGRAM!

Is Birth Like Running a Marathon?

Running a marathon was one of the most challenging, rewarding and empowering experiences of my entire life, much like birth, and I am so excited to share this incredible story with all of you! Yes it's 100% true that you do not need to be able to run a marathon to give birth. I should know, I gave birth three times without ever being physically able to run a marathon. However, we often hear that the physical exertion is the same so now that I have done both I am anxious to tell you everything I've learned about the mental and physical powers of our minds and bodies.Don't forget to follow us on Instagram @myessentialbirth and for even more great info head over to www.myessentialbirth.com to check out our totally FREE Pregnancy Guide & other incredible downloads.

Our Most Popular Topic

We have come so far, built so many relationships and formed bonds with and helped mothers confidently prepare for their best births and it all started with the topic of "medicated vs unmedicated." We are very aware though that this topic, while very popular, deals with a much deeper issue of finding the support and education needed to make an informed decision that works for YOU and YOUR birth. Every mother deserves to feel confident, loved, respected and supported no matter how she chooses to give birth. If you have been listening to us for a while you know by now that we are in your corner and here to help you in every possible way we can. Thank you to all of our listeners that have helped make this podcast possible!
