England enjoy a divisively comfortable victory over Czech Republic on their way to winning Group D. Next stop, runners up from the Group of Death (otherwise known as Group F). Group A concluded in style today, with Italy and Wales retaining first and second positions respectively after a 1-0 Italy victory.
