Ridley Greig is up on the 2nd line as Josh Norris' season will undergo shoulder surgery on a soon to be determined date and his 2022-23 season has come to an end. It is the same shoulder that kept him out for 38 games this season. Shane Pinto had a similar situation last season. So who is to blame?Norris, 23, had just returned from a shoulder injury that held him out of the lineup since October. He logged 15:51 of ice time and scored his first goal since returning to the Sens roster in Saturday’s 5-1 loss to the Winnipeg Jets. He finishes the season with two goals and three points in eight games. Last season, Norris registered career highs across all departments, registering 35 goals and 20 assists for 55 points in 66 games. That breakout performance earned Norris a contract extension. In the off-season, he signed an eight-year, $63 million contract that carries an average annual value (AAV) of $7.95 million through the 2029-30 regular season.
